CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY Appointment Policy At Texas Premier Auto Care, we value your time and strive to provide prompt, reliable service. To ensure we can serve all customers efficiently, we ask that you review our appointment policy below. Rescheduling We understand that plans can change. Appointments may be rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance at no charge. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the appointment time may be subject to a fee. Cancellations Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance: No charge Cancellations made less than 48 hours before appointment: May be subject to a $25 cancellation fee No-Show Policy If a customer is not present at the scheduled time and location: A $50 no-show fee may be charged Future bookings may require a deposit Deposits (If Applicable) For certain services or repeat cancellations: A deposit may be required to secure your appointment Deposits are applied toward your service total Our Commitment We respect your time and ask the same in return.
